Welcome to Golden Farms. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, ordering and distribution services, and any other associated services (collectively, the “Services”). By using or placing orders via our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

 

  1. Use of Services / Eligibility
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Lebanese laws and regulations.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing orders (e.g. contact details, delivery address).
  1. Orders, Payments & Delivery
  • Orders may be placed through the website, contact form, or other ordering systems we make available.
  • Prices and payment terms will be clearly indicated at the time of order. Payments (where applicable) should be made via our accepted payment methods.
  • We commit to fulfilling orders to the best of our ability. Delivery times and availability may vary based on stock, logistics, and external factors.
  • Upon delivery, you are responsible for inspecting the products. Any claims or complaints must be raised within a reasonable timeframe.
  1. Product Handling & Quality
  • Golden Farms strives to deliver high-quality egg products and to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety. However, due to the nature of perishable goods, we cannot guarantee that unforeseen factors (transport, storage, handling after delivery) won’t affect product condition.
  • We are not liable for improper handling of products once delivered to you (e.g. storage conditions after receipt).
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content, logos, designs, brand identity, and materials on our website and related services are owned or licensed by Golden Farms.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our content, branding, or materials without prior written consent.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Farms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including loss of profits, loss of business, or damage arising from product misuse post-delivery.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a given order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Farms, its affiliates, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

 

  1. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services (or cancel orders) at any time if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in unlawful conduct.

 

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, including relevant regulations on electronic commerce and personal data protection (Law 81/2018). 
  • Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the competent courts in Lebanon.
  1. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
